Roller Skating

The Rollerdrome, 216 W. Maple St., Centralia, 736-7376.

A converted 1907 dance hall now functions as Centralia’s only skating rink. Hours before the school year ends in June are 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday; 7 to 11 p.m. Friday, 1 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday; and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Summer hours are from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday; 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday; 7 to 11 p.m. Friday; and 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday.

Cost to skate on weekdays is $4.25, and $5 with skates on weekends. Skate rental is 50 cents.

Christian music skating sessions are offered from 6 to 8 p.m. the second Sunday of each month. Cost is $4.50 per person and includes skate rental. Groups of three or more skaters cost $3 each.

The facility is also available for private parties.
